ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist responsible for communicating the product’s value to the market and capturing the customer’s voice. In this role, you will be responsible for creating competitive analysis, contributing to the product's competitive positioning, executing the go-to-market strategy, delivering high-quality content, providing support to our application engineers and representing the company at industry events.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will take charge of:

  • Guarding the go-to-market coherence across Luceda’s offering (Luceda Photonics Design Platform, PDKs, events).
  • Gathering market feedback and carrying out competitive analysis to support the Product Managers in their development of the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Driving product adoption, demand and advocacy by bridging the gap between the developed product and market success of all products.
  • Developing marketing material and content to communicate product features and attract new customers. This includes, but is not limited to, writing articles, creating slide decks, planning webinars and training events.
  • Equipping the sales team with the right tools to sell the product by, for instance, identifying case studies to feed into marcom, keywords, messages, responses, …
  • Supporting event marketing plans including updating messaging frameworks, creating talking points, tailored presentations, etc.
  • Identifying co-marketing opportunities with partners and managing relations with ecosystem players.
  • Represent Luceda Photonics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, actively networking to generate leads and promote our products.

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
  • A good understanding of photonics, integrated circuit design or related domains.
  • Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.


It's a plus if you also have the following qualifications:


  • Experience with photonics design electronic design automation (EDA) software, or related tools.
  • Previous experience in a marketing-related role, such as product marketing, content marketeer, or similar.
