PIC Design in Luceda: Designing AWGs with Luceda AWG Designer (English)

Online training

Are you looking to learn how to design and implement an Arrayed Waveguide Grating (or AWG) into your next tape-out? Look no further! We are offering a training session on Luceda AWG Designer so you can learn how to efficiently design an AWG in your next tape-out!

AWGs are complex devices, often time consuming and difficult to design. Luceda AWG Designer is a powerful module for designing AWGs in a semi-automated way. It is built on top of Luceda IPKISS and provides an integrated design environment for AWG design, offering expertise, assistance and control across all design stages. From top-level design specifications and physical models, you can create a manufacturable layout for your AWG, simulate it, analyze its simulation results and route it to the outside world.

Don't miss this comprehensive training where you will learn about AWG design from the experts at Luceda Photonics. In this training you will learn how to:

  • Use the Luceda AWG Designer for layout and simulation
  • Create a finalized circuit with your AWG
  • Prepare your circuit for tape-out
  • Q&A session

We can't wait to see you there!
