Design for Sensing: Using SiN for Sensor Technology and Biosensing (English)
Webinar
Silicon nitride (SiN) is a critical material system for integrated photonics, in large part due to its transparency and low loss across a wide range of wavelengths as well as its compatibility with CMOS processing. AIM Photonics, a commercial foundry in the United States, offers a platform for SiN fabrication and, through work with Spark Photonics, has implemented its SiN process design kit (PDK) in Luceda IPKISS to enable a wide range of applications.
In this webinar, you will learn about the design and applications of photonic integrated circuits (PICs) using the SiN material platform at AIM Photonics. Presenters from SiPhox Health and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) will introduce you to applications of SiN-based integrated photonics, and representatives from AIM Photonics, Spark Photonics, and Luceda Photonics will describe the platform, PDK, and software ecosystem to take your work from concept to reality!
Register now and secure your spot to explore more about SiN for sensing and PIC design in sensing applications!
