ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to drive our technical expansion and customer success initiatives in North America.
In this high-impact role, you will act as the bridge between cutting-edge integrated photonics and traditional electronic design automation (EDA).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority in North America for the integration of photonics design flows with standard electronic design ecosystems (e.g. Cadence) to support our customers with their co-design and co-simulation needs.
- PDK Architecture & Development: Architect and oversee the development of robust, scalable PDKs for top-tier foundry partners, ensuring seamless tape-outs for our customers.
- Project Management: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to key North American clients, translating complex photonic and electronic design challenges into actionable software solutions.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Deep, proven expertise in Integrated Photonics, including design, simulation, and fabrication processes.
- Extensive experience with Cadence/Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
- Demonstrated experience in PDK development and an understanding of foundry technology files.
- Technical fluency in Python/other programming languages: Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot Python scripts is a distinct advantage.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
